High voltage transformer paper manufacturing

Cellulose is used for production, boiled according to a special temperature regime, due to which raw materials are produced with standardized weediness and a high degree of delignification. After separating the fibers, the pulp is thickened by removing part of the water from it, as well as purifying it from metal impurities. Then, at high temperature and pressure, it is rolled through rollers.
