Electrotechnical paper from the manufacturer

Electrical paper is a multilayered material obtained from pure cellulose. Since it performs important functions in electrical engineering and the reliability and service life of the equipment depend on its quality, it must have good electrical insulating characteristics, have a high density, strength, resistance to heat and abrasion.

LLC «Kirovpaper» will carry out the production of high-quality electrical paper of following brands КОN 2-14, К-170, EIP-66Б, EN-85, ТV-120 for customers from Russia as well as from foreign countries. To order, contact the sales department by the phone number indicated on the website, or fill out a special electronic form. Our experts will quickly calculate the production time and the cost of the required volume of electrical paper.

Electrotechnical paper manufacturing

Since wood fibers in an impregnated state are distinguished by insulating properties, this material was one of the first to be used in electrical engineering. Later, coniferous wood began to be used for the production of paper of electrical types by the method of chemical action on raw materials.

Currently, the basis for the production of this electrical insulating material is sulfate cellulose, which is prepared by alkaline cooking of wood chips. The first stage of the production cycle includes the dissolution of raw materials and the subsequent grinding of the mass. Further, the introduction of composite additives is carried out, and at the final stage, work is carried out to fill the canvas.
