Cardboard for flat layers of corrugated board

Linerboard is a material made of cellulose or waste paper, characterized by high cruelty, industrially used in the production of corrugated board. In a professional environment, it is also known as "liner". The main normalized indicators for it are the resistance to transverse fracture, punching shear, and also to end compression.

Linerboard production

In linerboard production cellulose is used, as well as waste paper marked МС-6, МС-7, consisting of scraps of old corrugated board, as well as mixed board. Two types of this material are currently being developed: kraft liners (in which production of the base layer is made using recycled fibers, and for the outer layer, primary long-fiber) and test liners (with additional treatment of the outer layer to improve the performance of the material).
